Key Responsibilities
- In-Person & Phone Support: Welcome walk-in clients and manage inbound calls regarding billing, policy changes, and coverage questions.
- Claims Coordination: Walk clients through the initial claim intake process with empathy and route details to adjusters.
- Administrative Operations: Maintain physical and digital client files, process payments, and manage daily office duties.
- Data Integrity: Document all customer interactions, notes, and profile updates meticulously to maintain strict regulatory compliance.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and billing discrepancies efficiently, escalating complex issues to underwriters when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills

- Presence: Strong professional presence with excellent verbal, written, and face-to-face communication skills.
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, hospitality, retail, or office administration; insurance experience is a plus but not required.
- Licensing: Must hold or be willing to obtain your state insurance license in agreed upon time frame (licensing costs and study materials reimbursement).
